Kayaking the Puhoi River

This is kayaking the way it should be — no crowds, no motor noise, and nobody telling you to keep up. You launch from the village and paddle along at your own pace.

The river run is fun, there is nothing technical to handle, and no experience is required. Most people find their rhythm within a few minutes.
