The trip

A gentle paddle through a historic riverside village

Puhoi River Kayaks lets you experience the Puhoi River at your own pace. The river is tidal and flat, so the water changes with the tide, but the journey is relaxed and welcoming.

We’ll help you get set up with your kayak, paddle and buoyancy aid, and brief you before you launch. It’s a lovely way to spend a few hours outdoors.
